Payment and cancellation

Payments Accepted

We offer a variety of convenient payment options to ensure a smooth and secure transaction process for our customers. You may use credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other popular payment options. 

Cancellation Policy

"We ask that appointments be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of weather-related concerns, we will gladly reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenience. Thank you for your understanding!"

Thank you for choosing us for your exterior cleaning needs! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and providing a crystal-clear  and fresh look.  If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 36 hours of your service.

What to Expec

   

  Clients Responsibilities:

* Provide clear access to all areas to be cleaned and remove all obstacles.

* Ensure all areas to be cleaned are watertight (windows, doors, skylights etc.)

* Ensure pets and children are kept clear of work areas during scheduled visits.

* Notify Service Provider of any pre-existing damage, known hazards, special instructions, restrictions, or area requiring         extra care prior to commencement of scope of service.

* Remove or secure fragile items, valuables or furniture as necessary in areas of cleaning.

* Provide access to water and electricity on the scheduled service dates to facilitate the cleaning services.

* Review completed service and notify Service Provider of any concerns within 36 hours of scope of service fulfillment.

* Provide Service Provider and its employees with access to the property on the scheduled service date and time,                 including any necessary keys, access codes, locked gates or instructions for gaining entry to the premises.

   Service Provider Responsibilities:

* Arrive on time and preform services as outlined in scope of service.

* Provide all necessary equipment, cleaning agents and safety gear.

* Clean up work area and remove all equipment, supplies, debris and waste upon completion.

* Ensure all cleaning is performed using environmentally conscious products and methods suitable for residential             environments, with care taken to protect landscaping, personal property and the integrity of building materials.

* Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage due to pre=existing conditions, improper maintenance by others, acts of nature, or failure to complete watertight check.

* Excluded from the scope of service is any cleaning of windows that are inaccessible or unsafe and windows with broken or damaged glass.​​​​
